Reservations Require a 50% deposit to confirm
Security Deposit of $300.00 will be refunded the day after check out
providing care was taken of the premises.
A cleaning fee of $150.00 will be charged upon confirmation of reservation

Refunds
We will refund your deposit (minus a 20% handling fee) if cancellation is made at least 60 days prior to arrival date. Cancellation made after that time will be refunded (minus a 20% handling fee) only if Kealakekua Bay 2 can secure another reservation for that period.
